James Davis

Mr. Davis is a Staff Ecologist for Corblu Ecology Group. He has conducted behavioral studies on North America’s wild turkey, morphological studies on alligator snapping turtles and Necturus salamanders, and population surveys of the American Alligator in southeast Alabama. He has experience in the identification of southeastern frogs and other herpetofauna, and basic skills in identifying southeastern plant and bird species.

He also has experience in survey and mapping applications using global positioning system (GPS) equipment and is an experienced heavy equipment operator. Mr. Davis received a Bachelor’s of Science in Zoology, Ecology, Evolution, and Behavior from Auburn University.
